Shoes: Nordstrom

Mock neck shellDress Barn

One of my friends calls this a Winter Princess sweater. Before she dubbed it that, I thought of it as cotton candy in a sweater. Either way, it’s a wonderful example of how you can combine vintage kitsch with classics for a phenomenal look. The details on this sweater are so fun: crocheted trim and bracelet length sleeves. I’ve always loved that length because they allow you to wear bracelets so well.

The winter white trousers are a personal favorite, helping offset my pear-shaped figure. I know I’m not alone in that. Hey, that’s how we’re made. From top to bottom, there’s a 7-inch spread in my measurements! And thus it has always been.

Trousers were supposed to be big this year, but I can’t find them anywhere. These are from  two seasons ago. How I wish I’d bought them in other colors!

Life is short. Wear the good stuff.
